Ukrainian Studies (Deutsche Assoziation der Ukrainisten,
Ukraine specialist, teaches political science at University of Bonn,
author of "Nationalismus und Nationalitaetspolitik in the 
Sowjetunion" (Nomos l986), editor of "Die neue Ukraine" (Boehlau, 2002).

Provided no massive vote falisifications occur again, "the name of the 
next President of Ukraine will be Victor Yushchenko".  Believes 
Yushchenko capable of pulling together a divided Ukraine.
