Absolutely right. We must be precise: it is the run-off that the Supreme Court found invalid, and that must be repeated. 
By the way, what is the UABA doing? I am a member, but have not heard of any action. E-mails and phone calls are helpful, but could a delegation meet with someone from State? We're going to be dealing with Ms. Rice, and need to have a good talk with her...

In reading the news reports, it looks like Bush is getting soft on the Ukrainian issue; He is wishy washy on the new elections and seems to be giving in on the issue of new elections only between Yushchenko and Yanukovich; he seems to be buying into the idea of ~Sany elections~T including wide open elections as proposed by Kuchma and Bush~Rs buddy -
Putin.   I propose that we (individually and as the UABA) go right into
Bush~Rs face and flood him with emails suggesting that he is not standing up to the moral level he represented in his pre-election speeches ~V it seems as we may have a second Chicken Kiev event in the oven.
