Dear Myroslava Znayenko,

Today we are pleased to inform you, that the preliminary program of ICCEES
2005 is now available at www.iccees.2005.de

At the same time we would like you to remind you of the important dates.

Registration deadlines:
December 31, 2004: Deadline for the application for travel grants
February 28, 2005: Deadline for early registration

Abstracts:
January 31, 2005: Abstract submission for all speakers

How to proceed for all speaker of the conference who have not submitted
their abstract by this time:
To submit your abstract kindly visit our website www.iccees2005.de, section
"Abstracts" and log in as an author using your e-mail address (see above)
and your password. In case you have forgotten your password, please follow
the instruction of the abstract system. In the list "Abstracts" you will
find the list of your abstracts about ICCEES 2005. Klick "Go" and type in
all the nessecary informations about your abstract. Abstracts sent by
e-mail, mail or fax unfortunately cannot be accepted.

Just for your information: our office is closed between December 23, 2004
and January 3, 2005 for further inquiries via telephone and email. We hope
for your understanding.
