Probably a reference to the school textbooks controversy:

"The Rada information center said the discussions would largely center
on harmonization of Ukrainian and Russian laws in the humanitarian
sphere, as well as in taxation and investment."

KIEV, September 22 (Itar-Tass) - A delegation of members of the
Supreme Rada, national parliament, is leaving for Moscow later Sunday to
discuss important issues with Russian officials and MPs, the parliament's
information center said.
The group is supposed to have meetings with Prime Minister Mikhail
Kasyanov, Speaker of the Federation Council, upper house of Russian
parliament, Sergei Mironov, and leading deputies of the State Duma, the
lower house.
The Rada information center said the discussions would largely center
on harmonization of Ukrainian and Russian laws in the humanitarian
sphere, as well as in taxation and investment.
Other topics the sides plan to raise at their talks are
Ukrainian-Russian cooperation in the format of the Commonwealth of
Independent States and the Eurasian Economic Community, expansion of NATO
and the European Union, and transfer of some real estate, formerly
controlled by the USSR government, to Ukraine's ownership.
Ukrainian MPs and their Russian hosts are also expected to look into
the prospects of an international gas consortium that will manage
Ukraine's crucial gas pipeline system. Kiev insists it must have a
controlling stake there.
