Surely meant well, but it has nothing to do with Ukrainian studies, I would think. Please: on this list, Ukraine and Ukrainians only.

I would like to suggest that list members think of posting very brief reviews of books. Memoirs included. For instance, Iurii Shevelov published memoirs in two volumes recently. I have not yet seen them and would love to read a brief "notice" with a few sentences about this publications.
