Dear Prof. Chernetsky,

In my paper at the International Congress of Ukrainists in Chernivtsi,
Ukraine I suggested to conduct a comprehensive study of place names
(history, etymology, and changes) in Ukraine which was adopted at
dialectology and onomastics section.
I contacted NSF, and I was advised to find a colleague in the US
university for a collaborative project. Could you be a colleague in such

research? You may decide what you can do by yourself as part of our
joint project. If you need more information, please, let me know.
